Cancellation Policy
Summer Course ā Multidisciplinary Martial Arts Training Center Dates: July 14 to August 15 Ages: 3 to 16 years old At the Multidisciplinary Martial Arts Training Center, we are committed to providing a safe, organized, and enriching experience for all participants. This policy outlines the reservation process and conditions for our Summer Course, with registration and payments managed exclusively online. 1. Reservation Process Course reservations must be made only through our official website or digital form. To complete your registration, you must: ā Fill out the online form ā Make the corresponding payment via bank transfer or digital platform ā Send proof of payment to the provided email or WhatsApp number 2. Payment Methods Bank transfers Digital payments (PayPal, Mercado Pago, or other authorized platforms) We do not accept cash payments or in-person registrations. 3. Reservation Confirmation Once your payment has been verified, you will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours. Your spot is not secured until the payment is confirmed. 4. Cancellations You may cancel your registration up to 10 days before the course begins (July 4) and receive an 80% refund of the amount paid. Cancellations made after July 5 are non-refundable, but the payment may be used as credit for future activities at the center. 5. Changes and Rescheduling In the case of illness or another justified reason, you may request to transfer your spot to another participant or apply the payment as credit. If we need to reschedule the course due to internal reasons or force majeure, you may choose to: ā Accept the new date ā Request a full refund ā Save your credit for another event 6.
