All our products (uniforms, protective gear, accessories, etc.) are subject to availability in sizes, colors, and stock.

If an item you requested is not available, we will contact you to offer an alternative, product exchange, or refund.

2. Payment Methods

We offer several options for your convenience:

Cash: Available only for in-person purchases.

Bank transfer: Once you complete your purchase, you’ll receive our bank details. You must send the payment receipt via email or WhatsApp.

Debit or credit card: We accept Visa, Mastercard, and others, either in person or through secure online payment platforms.

3. Exchanges and Returns

Exchanges are only accepted in cases of manufacturing defects, order errors, or damage during shipping.

Claims must be made within 7 calendar days after receiving the product.

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with tags intact.

No cash refunds will be made, only exchanges for another product or store credit.

No returns are accepted for customized products (uniforms with embroidery, names, logos, etc.).

We do not offer refunds or guarantees once a class has been taken.

4. Memberships, Classes, and Services

Memberships, registrations, classes, or paid events are non-refundable.

If you’re unable to attend, you may reschedule your class or transfer your spot to someone else (with prior authorization).

In the case of special events (seminars, tournaments), any special cancellation conditions will be communicated in advance.
