At the Multidisciplinary Martial Arts Training Center, our goal is to provide you with a safe, transparent, and satisfying shopping experience. Below are our store policies, applicable to all products and services purchased through our website, social media, or at our physical facilities.​

 1. Products and Availability

​

  • All our products (uniforms, protective gear, accessories, etc.) are subject to availability in sizes, colors, and stock.

  • If an item you requested is not available, we will contact you to offer an alternative, product exchange, or refund.

2. Payment Methods

​

We offer several options for your convenience:

​

  • Cash: Available only for in-person purchases.

  • Bank transfer: Once you complete your purchase, you’ll receive our bank details. You must send the payment receipt via email or WhatsApp.

  • Debit or credit card: We accept Visa, Mastercard, and others, either in person or through secure online payment platforms.

  • Online payments: Through if applicable: MercadoPago, Stripe, etc.].

  3. Exchanges and Returns

​

  • Exchanges are only accepted in cases of manufacturing defects, order errors, or damage during shipping.

  • Claims must be made within 7 calendar days after receiving the product.

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with tags intact.

  • No cash refunds will be made, only exchanges for another product or store credit.

  • No returns are accepted for customized products (uniforms with embroidery, names, logos, etc.).

  • We do not offer refunds or guarantees once a class has been taken.

 4. Memberships, Classes, and Services

​

  • Memberships, registrations, classes, or paid events are non-refundable.

  • If you’re unable to attend, you may reschedule your class or transfer your spot to someone else (with prior authorization).

  • In the case of special events (seminars, tournaments), any special cancellation conditions will be communicated in advance.

 5. Invoicing

​​

  • If you require an invoice, you must request it within 72 hours after your purchase.
